【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceonwritingthetechnicalspecificationfortheprocurementofcondenserplantsforuseinelectricitygeneratingstations(powerstations).Thisguideforprocurementisnotapplicabletoequipmentforuseinthenuclearreactorplantareaofnuclearpowerstations.Otherpossibleapplicationsofsuchequipmenthavenotbeenconsideredinthepreparationofthisguide.Thisguidecovers:-watercooledsurfaceanddirectcontactcondensersactingasasteamsinkformainorauxiliaryturbinesinpowerstations(partsinbracketsmarkedwithapplytodirectcontactcondensersonly);-condenserauxiliaryequipment.Airblastorair-cooledtypecondensers(ACCs)arenotcoveredbythisguide.Theequipmentcoveredbythisguideisdefinedbyitsfunctionratherthandesigntype.Therefore,theguidancetothespecificationisstatedinperformancetermsratherthanbeingspecifiedbyadetaileddescriptionoftheequipmenttobesupplied.Thisguideindicatestopotentialpurchasershowtheirspecificationshouldbepreparedsothat:-theequipmenttypeandcapacityinterfacescorrectlywithotherelementsofthesystemssuchastheturbine,coolingwatersystem,regeneratingfeedheatingsystem,districtheatingandsteamgeneratingplant;-predictedperformanceisachieved;-ancillaryequipmentisproperlysized;-reliability,availabilityandsafetyrequirementsareachieved;-properconsiderationisgiventotheevaluationprocessandthequalitymeasurestobeappliedThisguidedoesnotdeterminethetypeofspecification(e.g.detailed,performance,functional)ortheextentofsupplyforanygivencontractwhichisnormallydecidedonthebasisofthepurchaser'sprojectstrategy.Itdoesnotcover:-anycommercial,contractualorlegalissueswhicharenormallyinseparatepartsofanenquiry;-anyallocationofresponsibilitieswhicharedeterminedbythecontract.Thisguidedoesnotprescribethearrangementofthedocumentsintheenquiry.NOTEAsacomprehensiveEuropeanenvironmentalpolicyisstillunderpreparation,thisguidedoesnotaddresstheenvironmentalimplicationsoftheequipment.
