【摘要】:Calibrationisafundamentalpartofmakingmeasurementsanditseffectonthequalityofmeasurementdataissignificant.Thus,sufficientattentionmustbegiventocalibrationwhenitisestablishedforameasurementmethodsothatthedataproducedwillbeacceptable.Theuseofaninappropriatecalibrationstandard,inadequateinstructionsforcalibration,andpoordocumentationofthecalibrationprocessareexamplesofcircumstancesthatcanadverselyaffectthevalidityofacalibration.Thus,thecalibrationprocessmustconformtocriteriaestablishedtoensurethevalidityofcalibrationresults.SuchcriteriaaregiveninGuideC1009,inwhichcalibrationisidentifiedasacomponentoflaboratoryqualityassurance(seeFig.1).Thisguideexpandsuponthosecriteriatoprovidemorecomprehensiveguidanceforestablishingcalibration.Themannerofcalibrationandothertechnicalrequirementsforcalibratingameasurementmethodareusuallyestablishedwhenamethodisfirstintroducedintoalaboratory,whichmaybethroughvalidationandqualificationasdefinedbyGuideC1068(seeFig.1).However,calibrationinvolvesmorethanthetechnicalaspectsofthecalibrationprocess.Theotherdimensionoftheprocessistheoperationalrequirementsthatarenecessarytoensurethatcalibrationresultsarevalidandthattheyaredocumentedandverifiableshouldtheirintegritybequestioned.Theprovisionsofthisguideprovidethoseoperationalrequirementsandshouldbeconsideredwhenevercalibrationisplannedandestablished.FIG.1QualityAssuranceofAnalyticalLaboratoryData1.1Thisguideprovidesthebasisforestablishingcalibrationforameasurementmethodtypicallyusedinananalyticalchemistrylaboratoryanalyzingnuclearmaterials.Guidanceisincludedforsuchactivitiesaspreparingacalibrationprocedure,selectingacalibrationstandard,controllingcalibratedequipment,anddocumentingcalibration.Theguideisgenericandanyrequiredtechnicalinformationspecificforagivenmethodmustbeobtainedfromothersources.1.2Theguidanceinformationisprovidedinthefollowingsections:SectionGeneralConsiderations4CalibrationProcedure5CalibrationStandard6ControlofCalibratedEquipment7Documentation8Keywords9
