【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesacontrolledcorrosiveenvironmentwhichcanbeutilizedtoproducerelativecorrosionresistanceinformationforsinteredpermanentmagnets.Althoughpredictionofperformanceinnaturalenvironmentshasseldombeenstatisticallycorrelatedwithcorrosiontestresults,sufficientempiricalresultsareavailabletosupporttheusefulnessofthistestinquantifyingrelativeresistancetocorrosionfrommoistureandheat.Thereproducibilityofresultsinthistestmethodisdependentonthetype,size,andshapeofspecimenstested,andthecontroloftheoperatingvariables.Inanytestingprogram,sufficientreplicatesshouldbeincludedtoestablishconfidencelimits.Replicatesmayberunsimultaneously,insubsequenttestruns,orinduplicatetestchambers.Whenmultipletestchambersandoperatorsareutilized,effortsshallbemadetoperformasuitablerepeatabilityandreproducibilitystudyfortheequipment,operators,andtestmethod.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheequipment,procedures,andmeasurementoftheresistanceofpermanentmagnetalloysagainstcorrosioninhightemperature,highpressurewatervaporenvironments.ThistestisalsoknownastheBulkCorrosionTest(BCT).1.2Thevaluesandequationsstatedincustomary(cgs-emuandinch-pound)unitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.WithinthisstandardtheSIunits,whendifferentfromcustomaryunits,areshowninbrackets,thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
