【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsandassociatedtestmethodsapplicabletoductileironpipes,fittings,accessoriesandtheirjointsfortheconstructionofdrainsandsewersoutsidebuildings:—Operatingwithoutpressure,orwithpositiveornegativepressure.—Installedbeloworaboveground.—Forconveyanceofsurfacewater,domesticwastewaterandcertaintypesofindustrialeffluents,eitherinseparatesystemsorinmixedsystems.NOTE.Inthisstandard,allpressuresarerelativepressures,expressedinbars(100kPa=1bar).Thisstandardspecifiesproductsforgravityseweragepipelines,fornegativepressurepipelinesandforpipelinesoperatingatpressureswhichdonotnormallyexceed6bar.Forhigher-pressureapplications,specialpipethicknessmayberequiredbyagreementbetweenmanufacturerandpurchaser.Thisstandardspecifiesrequirementsformaterials,dimensionsandtolerances,mechanicalpropertiesandstandardcoatingsofductileironpipesandfittings.Italsogivesperformancerequirementsforallcomponentsincludingjoints.Thisstandardcoverspipes,fittingsandaccessoriescastbyanytypeoffoundryprocessormanufacturedbyfabricationofcastcomponents,aswellascorrespondingjoints,ofasizerangeextendingfromDN100toDN2000inclusive.Thisstandardappliestopipes,fittingsandaccessorieswhichare:—manufacturedwithsocketed,flangedorspigotendsforjointingbymeansofvarioustypesofgasketswhicharenotwithinthescopeofthisstandard;—normallydeliveredexternallyandinternallycoated;—suitableforfluidtemperaturesupto50℃excludingfrost.
