【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofsedimentincrudepetroleumandfueloilsbyextractionwithtoluene.Theprecisionappliestoarangeofsedimentlevelsfrom0,01%(m/m)to0,40%(m/m),althoughhigherlevelsmaybedetermined.NOTE1IfthisInternationalStandardisappliedtocrudepetroleumsamplescontainingsignificantamountsofsalts,anoverestimationofthesedimentcontentmaybeobtainedbecauseaproportionoftheinorganicsaltsmaybetrappedintheextractionthimble.Thisproblemisgenerallynotsignificantforcrudepetroleumsamplescontaininglessthan0,1%(mlm)totalsalts.NOTE2ForthepurposesofthisInternationalStandard,theterms"%(m/m)"and"%(V/V)"areusedtorepresentthemassandvolumefractionsofmaterials,respectively.
