【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiestherequirementsforthedesign,manufactureandtestingofvalvesforcryogenicservice,i.e.foroperationwithcryogenicfluids(asdefinedinprEN1251-1:1995)below-10℃aswellasatambientconditions,toallowforstart-upandrun-down.Itspecifiesadditionalrequirementsforcryogenicservicefortheappropriatevalveproductstandard.ItappliestosizesuptoDN150andvacuum-jacketedcryogenicvalves.Thisstandardisnotapplicabletosafetyvalvesandvalvesforliquefiednaturalgas(LNG).Itisintendedthatthevalvebedesignedandtestedtosatisfythegenerallyacceptednominalpressure,e.g.PN40.ValvesmaythenbeselectedwithaPNequaltoorgreaterthanthemaximumallowablepressure(PS)oftheequipmentwithwhichtheyaretobeused.
