【摘要】:ThisCWAspecifiesservicesandotheritemsmandatoryoroptionalforaNetworkEnabledAbilitiesenvironment.Italsoincludesaninventoryofstandardsandstandard-likespecificationsapplicabletoeachsuchitem.Theseitemsincluderecommendedgeneralprinciplesandframeworkforsystemdesign,overallarchitectures,genericfunctionalitytobeconsidered,concepts,conventionsandterminologyinordertoensureanoptimummulti-purposeinteroperability,inparticularofnationalandmulti-nationalmilitaryandciviloperations.ThisCWAisapplicabletothefulllifecycleofinformationsystemabilitiesfornetworkcentricoperations,includingspecification,development,deployment,registration,andexecution.Themainaudienceofthisdocumentisindividualsandorganisationsparticipatinginthefurtherdevelopmentofinformationsystemabilitiesfornetworkcentricoperations.TheidentificationofservicesandotheritemsofaNEAenvironmentisnon-exhaustive.Theitemswereoriginallyidentifiedasaresultoftheexaminationofanumberofscenarios.TheremightalsobeotherstandardsandstandardisationinitiativesthanthoseidentifiedinthisCWA.Thelistedstandardsaretoberegardedasrelevantstandardsknownbytheworkshopparticipants.However,wheretherearenostandardslisted,thismightindicatethatNEA-specificstandardshavetobedeveloped.TheevaluationandselectionofstandardsforNEAisidentifiedasaveryimportanttask.YetthisisbeyondthescopeofthisCWAandregardedasthesubjectofafutureCWAorstandard.Specificationsfordesignofproductsandcommercialservices,decisionsontechnologiesordevelopmentofspecificapplicationsareissuesnotinthescopeofthisCWA.
