【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoalltrucksandtheirsystemsexcept:a)truckssolelyguidedbymechanicalmeans(rails,guides,etc.);b)trucksoperatinginareasopentopersonsunawareofthehazards.2ForthepurposesofthisEuropeanStandard,adriverlessindustrialtruckisapoweredvehicle,includinganytrailers,designedtotravelautomaticallyinwhichthesafetyofoperationdoesnotdependonanoperator.Remotecontrolledtrucksarenotconsidereddriverlesstrucks.3ForthepurposesofthisEuropeanStandard,asystemcomprisesthecontrolsystem,whichmaybepartofthetruckand/orseparatefromit,theguidancemeansandthebatterychargingsystem.4ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimizethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceoftrucksinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorizedrepresentative.Inaddition,trucksshouldcomplyasappropriatewithEN292forhazardsnotcoveredbythisstandardortheapplicablecompanionstandards.5ThisEuropeanStandardcoversspecifichazardsrelatedtotheautomatedfunctionsoftrucksandtheirsystemslistedinclause4.Thisstandardmustbeusedinconjunctionwithoneormoreoftheapplicablecompanionstandardslistedintheforeword.6Theprovisionofaportablecontrolunitdoesnotclassifythetruckasapedestriancontrolledtruck.7Theenvironmentoftruckscanhaveasignificanteffectontheirsafeoperation.AnnexAestablishesrequirementsforthepreparationoftheenvironmenttoeliminatetheassociatedhazards.Forthepersonresponsiblefortheintegrationofthetrucksintotheworkplace,annexAisnormative.8ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotestablishthefollowingadditionalrequirementsfor:a)operationinsevereconditions(e.g.extremeclimates,freezerapplications,strongmagneticfields);b)operationinenvironmentssubjecttospecialrules(e.g.potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres);c)electromagneticcompatibility;d)transportationofpassengers;e)handlingofloadsthenatureofwhichcouldleadtodangeroussituations(e.g.moltenmetals,acids/bases,radiatingmaterials);f)partsoftrucksrequiringmanualinterventionduringoperation.

【摘要】:IEC60695-8-3,whichisatechnicalspecification,specifiesquantitativetestmethodsfordeterminingtheheatreleasefromthecombustionofinsulatingliquidsofelectrotechnicalproductswhenexposedtoadefinedheatfluxwithsparkignition.Smokeproduction,ignitiontimesandmasslossarealsomeasured.Thistechnicalspecificationmayalsobeapplicabletootherliquidtestspecimens.ThistechnicalspecificationisintendedforusebytechnicalcommitteesinthepreparationofstandardsinaccordancewiththeprincipleslaiddowninIECGuide104andinISOIIECGuide51.Oneoftheresponsibilitiesofatechnicalcommitteeis,whereverapplicable,tomakeuseofbasicsafetypublicationsinthepreparationofitspublications.Therequirements,testmethodsortestconditionsofthisbasicsafetypublicationwillnotapplyunlessspecificallyreferredtoorincludedintherelevantpublications.HAZARDWARNINGThetestingofvolatileliquidswiththisapparatuscanleadtoexplosionssoitisessentialtoexamineallliquidsusingthepreliminarytestingproceduredescribedin8.1.
